Fitness is a choice! If you commit your mind to working out, then your body will follow. It’s all about mentality! 🧠💪🏼💯 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The photo above showcases a very simple but super effective bicep workout. All you need to do is this... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Get a pair dumbbells ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Start by holding both of them at your sides with your elbows locked. Make sure you are holding the dumbbells with the knuckles of your hands facing away from your body. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. Begin the exercise by bringing the dumbbell from the locked position at your side all the way up to your chest. Make sure you get a nice rotation as you do this motion. By the end of the rotation, you should be able to look down and see the knuckles of your hands pointed upward at chest height. Your fist should be facing you at the end of this rotation as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Bring the dumbbell back down in a slow, controlled movement. Remember, focus on having good form not speed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Make sure your back is straight and that your shoulders are back throughout this entire process. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6. Repeat with the other arm ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 7. Continue this repetition until you physically can’t lift the dumbbell anymore. That’s when you should stop, take a little rest, and then come back and do another set! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Follow me, @EVIN_ERSAN , for more! ✅ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #motivation #gymlife #fitfam #gym #fitnessmotivation #strong #instagood #training #fitnessmodel #instafit #healthy #gymlife #fitspiration #gymmotivation #health #fitlife #love #exercise #igfitness #fitness #workout #fit #getfit #healthylifestyle #lifestyle #training #exercise #fitspo #bodybuilding #muscle
