πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ . . Many people like to share the inspiration of their own stories. For me, I have never considered myself as a professional runner. I don't have much experiences to share with because I am just a simple woman who enjoy every step of my run and every race that I take part. I love what I do in life. I love my RUN, I enjoy my WORKOUT so much and I never get bored of my GYM sessions. My biggest challenge is to beat my ownself and not to beat others. While running itself is a gloriously simple workout, there is more to it than just putting one foot in front of the other especially when I start lacing up for longer, further or more frequent runs lately. It' s so important to know how to stay mentally motivated and physically supported by doing a proper form and training methods. My personal commitment to running has made myself to train more in certain aspects. And Thank God, those supports that I need, I have found it way back in Fitness First Indonesia and Fitness First Running Club.
